Florida International Youth Dressage Championships Return to Wellington in 2016

WELLINGTON, Florida, Aug. 12–The Florida International Youth Dressage Championships that have become a highlight of the Global Dressage Festival return to Wellington in 2016 with plans for top European riders to join the lineup.

The event that was created three years ago by a group of owners and supporters to promote youth dressage is scheduled for Mar. 17-20 during one of two CDI4* weeks on the calendar of seven international competitions during winter at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.

At this year’s championships, riders from seven countries competed in four youth divisions–pony, junior, young rider and under-25. They represented Belgium, Colombia, Germany, Netherlands and Spain as well as Canada and the United States.
